Lord Mayor Lyn Sharpe said: “Thank you for the invite to such a lovely event; I intend on coming next year with my little mongrel, Flo. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, all the pooches were adorable and in my eyes all were winners.”

Gareth Snell added: “It was a great pleasure to join everyone at Coopers Croft for their Dog Show. The home is a wonderful welcoming community and the Dog Show was just one example of the great work they do.”

Coopers Croft Home Manager, Samuel Smith, said: “We are so thankful to everyone who attended the event, especially the Lord Mayor, Gareth Snell and the Baroness Anderson of Stoke on Trent. It was a very special day for our residents, and we’re looking forward to next year’s Dog Show.”
