“We are delighted to have both Bitdefender and Scalefusion as our strategic partners,” says Usman Shah.
“Both of which are leaders in the industry and do amazing things around the world – to have their presence here in Stoke-on-Trent for Cybercon Staffordshire is amazing.
“We thank them for their ongoing support in helping us all to help businesses to be aware of global cybersecurity threats which may occur.”
During the all-day event – which starts with breakfast from 9am – Graham Cluley – who was named as one of the World’s Top IT Security Influencers and was inducted into the InfoSecurity Hall of Fame in 2011 – will be discussing Agents of chaos: AI, Humans, and the New Cybercrime as the headline speaker.
Graham has held many senior roles in cybersecurity companies such as Sophos and McAfee and also wrote Dr Solomon’s Anti-Virus Toolkit – one of the world’s first anti-virus products for Windows.
Other keynote speakers on the day include Global Director of Cyber Security Services Nick Jackson, who works with organisations across EMEA, the Americas and APAC, including ANZ and the Middle East.

Nick has expertise spanning offensive security testing and strategic cybersecurity advisory and helps organisations strengthen resilience and move beyond compliance-led security.

Usman added: “Those coming to Cybercon Staffordshire are going to be able to learn from first-hand real-life experiences from our fantastic speakers and also have the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
“It’s not an event to be missed as cyber threats are everywhere and the more awareness and understanding we can share together the better for everyone.”
Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in a racing simulator competition with the chance to win Ferrari Merchandise courtesy of Bitdefender and there will be cyber security vendor exhibitors.
