A SUMMER FEAST SET FOR STOKE TOWN
A popular food festival is returning to Stoke Town for a summer feast of fun.
Feast Festival will take place on Wolfe Street in June, where an array of food vendors, pop-up bars and a market will be open for visitors.
In May around 1,500 people visited the town for what was the second event of its kind and organiser Cris Cohen is expecting another huge crowd on Friday 20 June.
“Following the buzz of our last event we are turning up the flavour and we are bringing even more of what Stoke-on-Trent loves – great food, great people, and that unbeatable Friday feeling,” said Cris.
“Expect more food vendors, pop-up bars, a bustling market, live performances, and plenty of surprises. Whether you’re craving global street eats, handmade treasures or just want to kick back with friends to great music and vibes, Feast Festival will have it all.”

Visitors will be able to enjoy tasty bites from vendors such as Big Yum Bao-Bao and dumplings, Stock, Lunar, Scotch City, Woods and Mercia and Staffordhire Poet Laureate Nick Degg is also expected to share a few of his own Stoke related poems on the night.
Cris adds: “We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone on 20 June, and there will be so much going on for everyone to enjoy.
“There will be all kinds of tasty treats on offer from burgers and fries, to fresh pizzas, scotch eggs and Caribbean dishes.
“We also cannot wait for Nick Degg to join us again and share some of his work with visitors in the town. It really is going to be a huge celebratory event and one in which we will also be celebrating our City’s 100 years – come and join us.”
Feast Festival returns to Wolfe Street South on Friday 20 June, from 5PM to 9PM.
