Exhibitors invited to take part in NEW Castle Classic & Retro Car Show

Car enthusiasts are invited to step back in time for Newcastle-under-Lyme’s brand new Classic and Retro Vehicle Show on Saturday 26th October.

The exciting event will be a brand new addition to the town centre, showcasing beautifully preserved vehicles that define the golden eras of motoring history.

Spanning decades of automotive innovation and style across five categories, the show will feature an impressive collection of vintage cars and vehicles from the early 1900s through to the early 2000’s.

From the sleek, glamorous designs of the 1950s to the bold retro muscle cars of the 1970s, attendees will have the rare opportunity to admire these iconic vehicles up close.

Charl Pearce of Newcastle-under-Lyme BID Manager said: “We can’t wait to add Castle Classics to our annual calendar of events to bring together a display of classic and retro vehicles.”

“As we continue to expand our calendar of events, working with event partners like Jenna Goodwin, the Red Haired Stokie and the Borough Council allows us to develop unique experiences that reflect the interests and heritage of our community.  These partnerships are crucial in delivering high quality, niche events that attract both local residents and visitors to the town.”

Exhibitors will have the chance to compete for awards in categories such as “Show & Shine,” “Best Scooter,” and “Most Unique Vehicle,” among others.

Castle Classics is now inviting exhibitors to join this exciting event, with space available in the following categories:

– Pre-1985 Classic Cars

– 1986–2004 Retro Cars

– Military Vehicles

– Scooters, Bikes, Trikes

– Vans, Pickups, and Other Vehicles

– Vintage/retro market stalls (records/clothing/memorabilia)

The Classic and Retro car show is taking place on Saturday, 26th October 2024, 10am – 4pm in the Ironmarket/High Street, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST5 1PE. Free admission for the public
