Carehome.co.uk gives its reviewers the opportunity to rate the care home in 13 different categories, including staff, safety, food and drink, facilities and cleanliness, as well as write about their experiences. Coopers Croft has so far received 5 out of 5 stars overall in every review.

The staff at Coopers Croft, which opened in January 2023, were bursting with pride when they found that the home had received the highest score available based on reviews from residents, and their families and friends.

Raphael Elias, aged 88, was the first resident to move into Coopers Croft, and said: “As time has gone on at Coopers Croft, I have gone from strength to strength. I’ve seen the Coopers Croft family grow and I’m very happy to be part of it.”

Alex Field, the Home Manager at Coopers Croft, said: ‘I am extremely proud of our team for achieving a ten out of ten rating on carehome.co.uk.

“The kind words written about our home and staff by residents and their families are truly heart-warming. We work hard as a team to meet the individual needs of our residents and offer the very best person-centred care, so it is wonderful to receive such glowing feedback.’
